Description

classroom is open!

This is a self-study single lesson that was originally created by me as a guest teacher for “Let’s Face It 2018” – hosted by Kara Bullock.

The cost for this lesson is $21 US.

In this lesson you will be guided through the creation of this flower maiden using mixed media flower collage, watercolour/gouache and graphite pencil.  This artwork is inspired by the Art Nouveau movement and the work of Elisabeth Sonrel.  The style of this piece is very soft and feminine, we use a loose ethereal style of drawing and painting, keeping it simple is key 🙂

You will learn my simple technique for sketching and painting the face and adding the collage flowers.  I provide 4 sheets of flowers in the classroom that you can print out and use, or you can use flowers from your own collection.

You will receive just over 45 minutes of full-length video that will walk you step-by-step through the process of creating your maiden.

Who is this lesson for?

This is a beginners to intermediate lesson incorporating basic mixed media techniques and simple sketching.  It is a work at your own pace lesson.   This is an open ended workshop with no expiration date.  All the videos are downloadable and yours to keep.

***Please note if you are a student of “Let’s Face It 2018” you already have this lesson as part of that course.
